Harvesting garlic is a demanding task for the worker, due to the resistance of the stem and root and the number of cuts that must be made daily. In addition, the edge of the scissors tends to wear out quickly due to the dirt adhered to the garlic at the time of cutting, affecting its efficiency in a short time.

Aware of this challenge, we have manufactured our scissors using high-alloy steel and a specific heat treatment, which guarantees greater durability and allows for easier sharpening.
Additionally, the handles are coated with a non-slip material that improves grip and, therefore, the quality of the cut.
