Garlic cutting is a physically demanding task for the worker due to the hardness of the stalk and the root, and also due to the high number of cuts made each working day. At the same time, the cutting edge deteriorates very quickly due to the soil that sticks to the garlic when cutting, causing the shears to stop cutting well in a short time
For this reason, we manufacture our shears in a high-alloy steel with a specific heat tratment that offers a longer service life of the shears and at the same time the possibility of being able to sharpen them more easily. The handles are covered with a non-slip rubber that increases the grip of the shears and improves the quality of the work.
