The conical blade tapering of the cutting blade, achieves a cleaner and more perfect cut. All edges and tips are completely blunt to avoid damaging the fruit. The counter-blade has a wider supporting wall, which prevents it from sticking into the stalk and thus allows the blade to make a more perfect cut. At the same time, this width in the counter-blade allows to leave a 3mm long stalk. These characteristics will make it possible to maintain the quality of the fruit.
